The CZC7SF lithium battery charger uses multiple high-performance switching rectifier modules in parallel to expand the output of larger charging current. A single module adopts DSP digital control, resonant soft switching, and active PFC technology. It has the characteristics of high power density, high power factor, small harmonics, high efficiency, and small size.

The CZC7SF lithium battery charger controls each module in the host computer system; it monitors the status of the charger in real time, controls the entire charging process, and records the relevant parameters of the charger and lithium battery during the charging process.

Overview:

The CZC7SF series smart charger uses a high-performance embedded charging control unit to control the charging current. Through the parameter-optimized design of the main circuit module, it provides continuously adjustable charging current for various batteries and lithium batteries to meet various charging process requirements.

The charging operator composed of an embedded system controls the charging process in real time and detects and records the charging process data.

The main circuit and module are designed with optimized parameters. Under the control of the charging operator, the charging current and charging voltage are continuously controllable, allowing users to use appropriate charging curves to charge various batteries and lithium batteries for different purposes to ensure charging effects.

The charging operator has a built-in default charging curve. At the same time, users can also set and store customized charging curves as needed to meet customized charging process requirements.

The charger operator has a simple and practical human-machine interface. Charging parameters are set on the LCD touch screen, which displays various parameters and status of the charging process to facilitate users to understand the charging process in real time.

The charging operator monitors various parameters during the charging process in real time, so that the charger has a complete protection function and protects the smooth progress of the charging process in real time. At the same time, it also provides communication interfaces and protection output interfaces to provide interlock control with other equipment.

Main functions of charger:

 1: Human-machine interface: 4.3" serial LCD color touch screen is used to display the charging process parameters; set various parameters in the charging stage.

 2: Charging data record: Check the charging process event record on the LCD screen.

EEPROM records charging data and can perform recorded data analysis.

The SD card records the charging process curve and reads it through a PC. (optional)

 3: Scheduled time charging function: You can set the scheduled charging start time, use valley power to charge, and save electricity bills.

 4: Power loss protection for set parameters: The system can remember the parameters set by the user for a long time and will not be lost in a power outage.

 5: Input power phase sequence: There is no phase sequence requirement for the power grid, and the three-phase input A, B, and C can be connected arbitrarily.

 6: Special charging function: forced start (0V) function, if the connection cable falls off during charging, the charger will automatically shut down (battery falloff detection).

 7: Protection function: fault protection and warning functions such as open circuit, reverse connection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and lack of power supply.

 8: Output control interface: related warning contact output. (optional)
