The CZC7P series smart charger adopts a modular structure design, connecting multiple charging power modules in parallel to output a large charging current; equipped with a host computer with charging management function, each charging power module is controlled through RS485 communication.
Such a modular design can easily expand the charging power module to achieve expansion of charging current. At the same time, through RS485 communication, the charger status is monitored in real time and the entire charging process is controlled.
The host computer has a built-in appropriate charging curve, detects the status of the charging process, and records the relevant parameters of the charger and lithium battery during the charging process. The entire charging process proceeds automatically according to the program, without the need for personnel to be on duty.
It is suitable for charging electric vehicles such as electric forklifts, pallet trucks, AGV trolleys, etc. that use lithium batteries as power.

(h): The SD card of the host computer can continuously record thousands of charging process data, and use the PC to read the record files to understand each charging process. (optional)
(i): The charging power module itself has fault protection and control functions such as open circuit, overcurrent, overheating, and sparking. It will automatically exit the system in the event of a fault.
(j): The whole machine has dual OVP protection of software and hardware, and has over-current protection.
(k): The whole machine has functions such as automatic detection, delayed start, soft start, and automatic shutdown when sufficient.
