Lithium Battery Charger Three Phase 100V 60-120A High Frequency Charger CZC7R-D100
Introduction
CZC7P intelligent charger uses modular structure design to parallel connection multiple-modules power supply and realize large current charging. This charger is equipped with host computer which communicates online with BMS (Battery Management System) through CAN and controls every power supply module through the RS485 port.
This modular design could make it easy to extend charging power supply module which realizes the extension of charging current. In addition, it could monitor the state of battery & charger in real time and control the whole charging process through the communication between CAN and RS485.
The host computer is equipped with suitable charging curve which could detect charging state and record relevant parameters of charger & battery during charging process. The charging process is performed automatically.
Functions
a) CZC7P intelligent charger uses modular structure design to parallel connection multiple-modules power supply. The structure is simple and reliable.
b) Charge at constant current and limited voltage.
c) This charger could make comprehensive judgments about battery capacity according to the parameters such as charging time,constant voltage charging time and charging current at the end of the stage.
d) Host computer could set up parameters through touch panel. It has a number of functions, including data communication,fault memory and state memory.
e) Touch panel of host computer could not only display in real time the relevant data such as battery voltage,charging current,charging capacity,charging time during the charge process, but also set up charge parameters. Users are easily able to know operating status of the charger.
f) Though the communication interface RS485, host computer could receive charging data of all charge modules,send commands and record its charging data.
g) The high-brightness led panel could display the operating status of the charger.
h) SD card could record the charging data hundreds of times. And records could be read on PC. In this way, users could know every charging process.
i) Function of hardware and software double protection,over voltage protection and over current protection.
j) Functions of automatic detection,start-up delay,soft start-up and automatic shutdown after fully charged.
k) When turned on or when the power is reset, this device would automatically recover to the previous status.
l) Communication between host computer and power supply module failure protection function.
m) With communication function.
Main technical parameters
CZC7P intelligent charger uses modular structure design to parallel connection multiple-modules power supply and realize large current charging. Users could choose the number of modules as needed, which could reach up to 12.
The power for a single module is 2kW. There are different specifications of modules, including 30V/60A,60V/35A,100V/20A , etc.
