CZC7HF integrated vehicle DC charger is mainly used for fast charging of electric vehicles. This product is installed outdoors, with waterproof and dust proof design and protection level IP54. This product integrates the charger, charging interface, human-machine interface, communication, billing and other parts into a whole, adopts modular design, has the characteristics of easy installation and debugging, simple operation and maintenance, etc., and is an ideal choice for outdoor DC fast charging of electric vehicles.
1.1,Component
The DC charger is mainly composed of a charging module, a monitor, an electricity meter, a card reader, a human-machine interface, a communication module, a charging interface, an actuator and an outdoor cabinet.
1.2,Features
1) The charging equipment uses multiple high-frequency switching power supply modules in parallel for redundant backup operation to form a high-power charging system. The uneven current between modules is ≤5%, which has the characteristics of high reliability and easy maintenance.
2) The power module adopts LLC resonance technology to improve power efficiency, and the efficiency of the vehicle charging system is as high as over 93%.
3) Segmented constant power design, wide range of setting output voltage and current, can greatly increase the charging speed, fast charging and slow charging can be freely selected;
4) The power module comes with a standard isolated CAN communication port to communicate with the monitor;
5) The charging system is equipped with an independent monitor to exchange information with the human-machine interface and the host computer to monitor the operation of the system;
6) The human-machine interface uses a high-performance ARM chip and a 7-inch true color touch screen, with a user-friendly design, simple and convenient operation;
The human-machine interface is connected to the battery management unit (BMS) or the on-board instrument through the CAN bus, operates according to the given parameters of the battery inspection (BMS), sets different charging operation modes, and realizes fast charging;
7) Equipped with complete protection functions, such as AC over/under voltage protection, DC output over/under protection, output current limiting/over current protection, over-temperature protection, etc.
