CZC7HE integrated vehicle DC charger is mainly used for fast charging of electric vehicles. This product is installed indoors with a protection level of IP32. This product integrates the charger, charging interface, human-machine interface, communication and other parts into a whole, adopts a modular design, has the characteristics of easy installation and debugging, simple operation and maintenance, etc., and is an ideal choice for DC fast charging of electric vehicles.
1.1. Product composition
The integrated vehicle DC charger is mainly composed of charging module, monitor, human-machine interface, charging interface, cabinet, etc.
1.2. Product Features
1) The charging equipment uses multiple high-frequency switching power modules in parallel for redundant backup operation to form a high-power charging system. The uneven flow between modules is ≤5%, which has the characteristics of high reliability and easy maintenance;
2) The efficiency of the vehicle charging system is as high as 93% or more;
3) The segmented constant power design and the wide range of setting output voltage and current can greatly improve the charging speed;
4) The power module has its own standard isolated CAN communication port to communicate with the monitor;
5) The charging system is equipped with an independent monitor to exchange information with the human-machine interface and the host computer to monitor the operation of the system;
6) The human-machine interface uses a high-performance ARM chip and a 4.3-inch true color touch screen, with a humanized design, simple and convenient operation;
The human-machine interface is connected to the battery management unit (BMS) or the on-board instrument through the CAN bus, operates according to the given parameters of the battery inspection (BMS), sets different charging operation modes, and realizes fast charging;
7) Equipped with complete protection functions, such as AC over/under voltage protection, DC output over/under protection, output current limiting/overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, etc.
